Shipping and delivery time

At Kidzstore we think it is important that our orders are delivered in a sustainable way. That is why we ship our packages via Fietskoeriers.nl. Fietskoeriers is the most sustainable and service-oriented parcel deliverer in the Netherlands! All packages that have to be delivered in the city are delivered with green gas cars to a hub on the outskirts of the city and from there delivered to your home by bicycle. These green gas cars are also used for all deliveries outside the city. Through the combination of the use of sustainable means of transport, the smart logistics network and the personal contact with recipients, we all ensure that parcels are delivered as much as possible at once. In this way we keep CO2 emissions per package to a minimum.

All orders placed on workdays before 4 p.m. are processed and shipped the same day.

Shipping costs

The Netherlands
The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands depend on the size of the largest product. For shipments that fit through the letterbox, we charge, depending on the weight, € 1.99 or € 2.99 in shipping costs. For products that have to be sent with a package, we ask a contribution in the shipping costs of € 3.49. The shipping costs are free for orders from € 100.00.

Belgium / Germany
The shipping costs for orders to Belgium and Germany are € 4.99 and above € 100.00 no shipping costs will be charged. 

EU1 countries
The shipping costs for countries that fall under the EU1 zone are € 6.99. These are the following countries: Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom and Sweden.

Other EU countries and the rest of the world
The shipping costs for countries that fall under the EU2 zone are € 21.99. Kidzstore ships worldwide! Do you live outside Europe? Then that is not a problem. The shipping costs are € 29.99.

Delivery times the Netherlands

The delivery time in the Netherlands is within 24 hours. You can indicate your preference for a delivery day and time when completing the order. It is possible to choose the delivery date up to two weeks after the order date. Bicycle couriers deliver between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm *.

* Unfortunately, bicycle couriers do not yet deliver everywhere in the Netherlands. It is therefore possible that bicycle couriers do not deliver their parcel themselves, but that their partner DHL delivers. And that is still sustainable! By combining the packages in the outer areas with another carrier, the vans are fuller and we do not add CO2-emitting vehicles on the highway ourselves. DHL also has the sustainable bar set high, by 2050 they want to be completely emission-free. The track & trace message that we will send you states whether we will deliver your package by bike or whether one of our partners does.

Delivery times abroad

The delivery time for Belgium and Germany is normally within 48 hours, for certain areas in Wallonia (Belgium) it can be 72-hour delivery.

If an order is shipped abroad, the delivery times depend on the destination. From the moment the order is shipped, it can take 2 to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. For countries outside Europe, the delivery time may be longer due to delays at customs when importing your package.

What happens if I am not at home?

If you are not at home when our delivery person is at your door, we will always try to deliver your package to your neighbors. This increases the chance that the package will be received and that you can enjoy your order.

As soon as we deliver a package to your neighbors, we always put a card through your letterbox with the house number where you can pick up your package. Is it not working with your neighbors? Then we just try again the following weekday evening between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
