Why do we need an alternative to cling film? Many animals experience the deadly consequences of microplastic poisoning. And not just fish, turtles and seabirds. Micro-plastics end up in the entire ecosystem, with all its consequences. The plastic soup can only be countered in one way: by minimizing the use of plastic. But it is not always comfortable to take a different path. In hectic daily life, there is little time to think about an alternative to plastic film. But every small change counts, as does this natural alternative to cling film. Our grandparents also always used beeswax cloths, so it is not a new invention: we have only forgotten them. So let's fall back on proven materials - for nature, our earth, our children and grandchildren!

Beeskin beeswax cloths consist exclusively of cotton (certified to the highest standard), beeswax (tested for residues of harmful substances and pesticides), organic jojoba oil and natural tree resin. The beeswax cloths can be used, washed and reused for up to 1 year. Then they can be easily composted or used as a natural igniter for the fireplace.

Use Beeskin beeswax cloth
Fold the beeswax cloth around the piece of fruit, piece of cheese, vegetables, herbs, lunch, open packaging, bowl or saucer. If necessary, use your body heat to shape and glue the beeswax cloth. In the refrigerator the beeswax cloth hardens and at room temperature the cloth becomes soft and malleable again.

A beeswax cloth is NOT suitable for use with raw fish & meat and pineapple

• Size S - 17 x 17 cm - for covering small glasses, cups, open packaging and open wine bottles, for example
• Size M - 25 x 25 cm - cover, among other things, breakfast bowls, dishes and food
• Size XL - 35 x 65 cm - useful for covering breads, large bowls, oven dishes and baking trays
