You can use the solid anhydrous lanolin to make wool pants waterproof.
To impregnate wool pants, mix a teaspoon of lanolin in a little hot water, add a little shampoo and mix again to form a milky mixture. Pour into a large pan or bucket, add cold water, mix and the "bath" is ready. Place the pants in the water, squeeze and gently squeeze out the water. Remove the pants from the water and stretch out the wool pants to dry. It is perfectly normal for the wool pants to stick out of the bath. It is a sign that the woolen pants have been properly sterilized. Anavy Lanolin Anhydrous has not been tested on animals! Certified and approved for use on children under 3 years old.
